As a small business owner I personally inspect each item and make every attempt to insure your satisfaction; however I realize that change is constant and sometime it is necessary to return an item.  With this understanding the following is my return policy:

Workmanship-

If your item should need repair due to damage caused by the workmanship, just send it to me within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your receipt and I will gladly repair it free of charge.

Resizing-

If an item does not fit properly, return it to me within 15 days of purchase along with a copy of your receipt and I will resize it for free, one time.

Full Refund Policy-

Since all jewelry is totally handcrafted some pieces might have slight natural irregularities. If you are not happy for any reason with your jewelry, just send it back within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Payment Options- 

This site operates using PayPal. In addition, you may also opt to pay by check or Money Order.  However, using this method will delay shipment until the funds are released by your financial institute.  If you prefer to place an order this way, please e-mail your order with a note that you will be sending a personal check. info@ckayjewelrydesigns.com

Shipping-

Orders are shipped 3-5 days from the date they are received, unless specifically stated otherwise on the piece you are ordering. I ship all orders by USPS Priority 2 day mail.

Orders shipped in Minnesota are subject to 6.5% sales tax.
